All prices are in GBP and are the full amount to be paid however prices maybe subject to change at any time without prior notice but unless we or the website are in error then the price at checkout is the total cost and we will take anysuch matters will be taken as a case by case review. Shipping totals are added during the checkout and any taxes or duties are your responsibility if you are purchasing from outside the UK. For shipping within the Uk we charge a flat rate of £2.85. If you live in the Outwell & Upwell, Norfolk area you may qualify for free shipping. Contact us before placing your order to find out.


All orders will be shipped as soon as possible and should arrive in the pre-determined time ( please see details on...) with the exceptions of any items that require modification or pre order these will be subject to change and will have a delivery as per negotiation at order.


If ordering via the E-commerce shopping basket then payment is to be made using Paypal which if you do not have an account will allow you to make secure payment using the details provided on https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/mer/WAX_landing-outside or by visiting the main Paypal website. Manual payments are also accepted via post or pre-arrangement please see payment options at the checkout or email your enquiry.


Any orders you wish to cancel before your order is dispatched will be credited back to you by the same means as payment. Any orders cancelled after dispatch will be credited once items have arrived back and have been checked for damage and will be refunded accordingly. The standard cancellation period is 14 calender days. Details of your rights are available from www.gov.uk

 Refunds & Returns (Faulty Goods) & Shipping.

If you need to return any items please contact us for details. Refunds or exchanges will only be given on items returned in "as sold" condition if faulty.

Any returns are to be made at your cost unless agreed otherwise in advance with us.

Please note that if you choose standard delivery your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail and we are not responsible for any losses.

 If choosing recorded delivery and you have not received your order within 15 working days of dispatch we will require a letter confirming this (required by Royal Mail) once received we will send a replacement order.

 MY HERMES courier service deliver should take 3-5 days from dispatch however outlying regions such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland the IOM and IOW may take slightly longer please allow 7 working days from date of dispatch before querying a delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number. A signature is required on delivery and 3 attempts will be made to deliver before goods are returned to us and we will require repayment of shipping cost before your order is re-dispatched.
