At Thread-bare, I am commited to keeping up the trust of my visitors to my Website www.threadbarecrafts.com , Etsy Store & Facebook page. We don’t appreciate that sort of thing ourselves. But, just to make sure, I am giving you all my information in this policy of when & why I collect your personal information, how I use it, the limited conditions on why it may be shared & how I keep it secure.

They may also be used to provide services you have asked for such as watching a video or commenting on a blog. The information these cookies collect may be anonymised and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.
This website sets targeting cookies. These cookies are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the website operator’s permission. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organisations such as advertisers. When you buy a product from me, certain data is collected from you. If you purchase a product through my website I have an order management system on my site. This data is stored on the site for 30 days & then is deleted. If you buy from me through Etsy, again I have an order management system that Etsy controls. You will find information regarding this on Etsy’s site. If you message me directly through Facebook or Gmail, then this information is written into an order book. In all instances regarding online ordering I keep a record of those details for myself to refer back to, especially for when I deal wih HMRC, processing repeat orders & also for helping other customers learn what products are available from myself. In this last instance, I only refer to the product I have created, no details about the customer involved are used. If you purchase an item from me in person at an event, I only store the details of the item purchased at that time, unless it is an item that is to be handmade. This is then transferred to my invoicing program, Square, where your details are stored solely for tax purposes. If you would prefer your details not to be stored for use after your purchase on Square, please let me know at the time of purchase.
